To comply with legal requirements and prevent fraud, 8day reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), other identification documents, or proof of payment method.
Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or termination of your account.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 8day are subject to rollover/turnover requirements as stated in each individual offer. Rollover requirements are typically expressed in the format "xN", where N is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you must place total wagers of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10) before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
The 8day VIP Programme has multiple tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Eligibility for each tier is determined by the cumulative total of valid bets placed within a specified period. VIP benefits include higher rebates, increased betting limits, and priority customer service.
8day reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, including eligibility requirements and benefits, with reasonable notice to affected members.
All bets confirmed by the 8day system are final and cannot be cancelled by the player once confirmed, unless 8day specifically offers a Cash Out feature for that bet. Bets placed after a match has started (except for enabled in-play markets) may be voided by 8day without notice.
Bet outcomes on 8day are determined based on the official match result. For matches that are postponed, relocated, or cancelled, the following rules apply:
In the event of an obvious error in odds setting (for example, odds significantly higher or lower than the actual market value), 8day reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake to the player, even if the bet has already been confirmed.

You may close your 8day account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or any bonus balance that has not met the conditions will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.
